In Almaty, representatives of ethnocultural associations were ceremoniously presented with special editions of the new Constitution on behalf of the President. The ceremony was conducted by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Culture and Information Aida Balayeva, 24KZ reports. Each participant received a copy of the Basic Law with a personal message from the Head of State. In it, the President expressed gratitude for their fruitful work and contribution to building a Just Kazakhstan, and noted that the values ​​and principles enshrined in the Constitution will contribute to the well-being of the people and the further development of the country. According to Aida Balayeva, the new Constitution reflects the fundamental values ​​of Kazakhstani society, including the idea of ​​a Just Kazakhstan, the principle of "Law and Order," as well as unity and public harmony. The Deputy Prime Minister also highlighted the creation of a consultative and advisory institution, "Kazakhstan Halyk Kenesi," a third of whose members will be members of the country's ethnocultural associations.
