17 weeks out ~ Day 1 of #NastyNovember Fatloss Challenge

17 weeks out from my 1st Physique competition right now. Still practicing Intermittent Fasting. And, to keep the fat-loss going I'm doing 5 days Keto followed by 2 light carb-up days on Saturday and Sunday. Started the #NastyNovember Fitness challenge as well, cus I'll need all the help I can get to stay lean during the upcoming holidays. Today's #NastyNovember Conditioning exercise was Cat Crawls. I completed 250 of them after completing a 2hr weight workout. It was pretty intense!
