We started with one of the craziest “burgers” I’ve had in Thailand… juicy honey-glazed BBQ pork stuffed inside a freshly steamed homemade mantou bun. Then somehow ended up doing coconut ice cream acrobatics before heading to a legendary Tom Yum spot serving an absolutely outrageous Tom Yum Goong loaded with rich prawn fat, alongside insanely fragrant goong gratiam garlic prawns. From hidden local stalls to famous viral spots… this was one of the most chaotic and delicious food days we’ve ever had in Bangkok.
