Craig Y Nos Castle is said to be one of the most haunted hotels in Wales, if not the UK. I spent one night there, which turned out to be a night alone in the hotel. It sits in the upper Swansea valley on the edge of the Brecon Beacons (Bannau Brycheiniog) National Park and was once owned by 19th-century opera singer Adelina Patti.
