Part 2 of my Catskills fly fishing adventure turned into pure chaos. The river was full of life with March Browns, Sulfurs, and even a few Green Drakes showing up. Small trout were willing to play, but the bigger fish had other plans. After hooking another solid trout, I thought I had lost tension and blown the opportunity. Then the fish suddenly came back to life, charged downstream, shot through my legs during the net attempt, and eventually broke off.
