AND ORS The genuineness of a will cannot be doubted merely because it is not registered. The law does not require a will to be registered. The affidavit filed by the witnesses to the will, stating that they did not sign it, cannot be treated as evidence under Section 3 of the Indian Evidence Act. A will cannot be challenged on the basis of fictitious allegations.
