Has China surpassed USA in education?

The United States has always dominated the ranking of the best universities in the world, and most likely it will continue to do so for a while. China's industrialization has formally gone through an educational process on a global scale, as never seen before. Now there are more graduates of the Chinese University than all the other countries of the European Union together. Today, China has already advanced to countries like France with more universities within the best in the world and its academic rankings place it ahead of its western partners.
