Who Would be Martian Manhunter's First Ideal Villain?

As universally beloved as Martian Manhunter is in the DC fanbase, his supporting cast and villains suffer quite a lot. Very often, his villains are shared amongst other heroes in terms of being Justice League level threats. However, any other villain he has outside of maybe Malefic and Despero are easily forgettable.
