Subida Íngreme e Cãibras no Pedal 🏔️🚴‍♂️

What an insane bike ride, my friends! We invited everyone for a ride to Roda D'água, in Cariacica - ES, but we didn't imagine the amount of hardship (and fun) that was to come. We faced a brutal climb with ramps of up to 25° incline that tested everyone's legs. To make matters worse, our planned stop at Bica do Luiz went wrong: it was CLOSED! The salvation? We found avocados in the middle of the extreme climb and had an impromptu picnic on the banks of the Roda D'água stream. 🚴‍♂️🥑 After rounding the Roda D'água cloverleaf, we plunged down the famous "Forest" road (that delightful descent that starts on the pavement and turns into a rough road in the middle of the woods) until we reached the Mochuara Route. To finish with a flourish, we stopped at Farinheira de Cariacica to clean the bikes, eat, and take a dip. There was even an intensive swimming session for Lukão (including apnea, floating, and free swimming) and strong cramps that resulted in good laughs!
