"She'll have to wait for a half-moon jellyfish... but what she has discovered is love." It started with a swipe and a joke about a zoo, but it grew into a journey that spanned oceans. From Jordan’s months away at sea to Vicky’s sprints through London Paddington, their story has always been about closing the distance. Set against the backdrop of the Mendips at the Pony Chew Valley, Bristol, I was honoured to be asked to shoot both the wedding album and the video for Jordan and Vicky. Through long-distance longing, venomous snakes in Costa Rican jungles, and the quiet comfort of everyday life, they have embarked on what they call their "longest hike yet." "Every atom of me and every atom of you will live in birds and flowers and dragonflies... and when they use our atoms to make new lives, they won't just be able to take one, they'll have to take two."
