My pregnancy was healthy overall, but towards the end my baby's weight was on the lower side, which meant frequent checkups and monitoring. My due date was 25th February, but things didn't go according to plan. From my water breaking unexpectedly, to being induced, experiencing intense contractions, getting an epidural, and finally meeting my baby for the first time, this journey was emotional, challenging, and unforgettable. I also share my experience at St. Joseph Hospital in Berlin, my interactions with the midwives, what it was like giving birth without speaking much German, and my recovery during the first few days after delivery.
