Receta de Lengua Fingida

This is a popular recipe in Guatemalan homes. It's a delicious dish of European origin; the oldest recipes mentioning it date back to 500 AD in Rome. It's also known as meatloaf, pressed meat, etc. It's a piece of ground meat mixed with vegetables, which can be baked or cooked in a pot. Here I show you both procedures.
