(Background of the incident) Before filming began, a following train fired a radio signal, and the train in front of it also made an emergency stop. The train stopped at an air section (a section connected to a different overhead line and where trains are normally prohibited from stopping; stopping could cause a secondary disaster if the pantograph is not lowered, and it takes more than 10 minutes for the train to start moving again), causing the power to go out and the air conditioning to shut down. This video shows the pantograph being raised to resume service, the train moving slowly through the air section, then making another safety check and resuming operation. However, another passenger at the back kicked the door (the video says it was a punch, but we confirmed it was a kick), causing service to be suspended again. The person who kicked started arguing with the train, and the train resumed service after a seven-minute stop. This video records the entire process, from the door being opened at Shin-Matsudo Station. Also, the complaints included "running and hanging around," but I never ran in the car, and there were a lot of people in the car, so we all gathered at the front to avoid getting in the way of others, so there was absolutely no justification for that.
