After about 15 years of training and 8 years coaching clients, I've changed, my priorities changed, and i needed a simple system that fits around a real life: a job, a marriage, a kid. This is still experimental way to train and I'm working out the kinks as i finish each workout but i'm loving the steady progress. 30 minutes a day, no gym membership, no supplements, no peptides. Just the minimum effective dose, done daily. And extra work if i feel like it.
