Abandoned 1969 Mach 1 Mustang barn find, will it run after sitting for almost 10 years?

We finally get to pull the 1969 Mach 1 Mustang out of the barn into the light of day for the first time in almost 10 years! This mustang has some good bones for sure! This is a factory candy apple red 1969 Mach 1. Originally it was a 351ci 2 valve 250 hp car with a c4 automatic and a 3.00 gear open 9 inch ford rear end. The car seems to have a 302 now with a decent cam, but unfortunately, it's got what is probably a rod knock. We put a fresh set of NGK spark plugs in the motor and figured out the firing order after a couple of attempts. Small block fords have several different firing orders. This one turned out to be 1-5-4-2-6-3-7-8 which is for the 302ci sbf. The 600 cfm Holley carburetor needed to be cleaned so we swapped it out for the 750 cfm Quick Fuel carb that came off the 1964 Chevy II gasser and we also used it on the barn find 1969 Pontiac GTO. The trans didn't seem to work at the time, but we will work on the car more in upcoming episodes.
