To prepare a solution, dissolve 0.1-1 g of pure succinic acid in 10 liters of water. To enhance its effectiveness, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of a 10% ammonia solution. I recommend using laundry or green soap as an adhesive (50-100 g/10 liters). You can also try another eco-friendly recipe. Add 30-40 ml of ammonia to 1 liter of whey, which neutralizes its acidity (as is well known, plants dislike acidic solutions on their leaves) and promotes the formation of a biologically active substance, ammonium lactate. The resulting solution is diluted to 10-12 liters of water. A soap-oil emulsion is very effective for treating plants against aphids. Add 100 g of grated laundry or green soap to a liter of water. Dissolve. Pour 100-200 ml of vegetable oil in a thin stream and stir. Pour the solution into 10 liters of water. Use immediately. The emulsion becomes several times more effective when pine oil is added. Pour vegetable oil over pine branches (spruce, pine, juniper, thuja, etc.) and heat to 70-80 degrees Celsius. Leave for at least 24 hours. The oil can be stored indefinitely. Infusions of these plants, as well as dandelion leaves, horseradish roots, tomato and potato tops, marigolds, and tansy, are excellent remedies against aphids. The most popular and effective recipe is an onion decoction. Pour 10 liters of boiling water over 400 g of onion peels, seal tightly, and let steep for a couple of days. Before spraying, add laundry soap diluted in water (40 g per bucket of water) and 1 tbsp. Dry mustard. You can fight the pest with regular Coca-Cola. Most likely, it's the phosphoric acid it contains that kills aphids. However, fragrant components are also effective. Dissolve 1 liter of Coca-Cola in 10 liters of water and apply to the plants. You can also prepare a soap and ash mixture. Add 50 g of soap and 300 g of ash to a bucket of boiling water. Boil for half an hour, strain, and cool. An ammonia solution is also very effective: 50 ml per 10 liters of water. It also provides excellent nitrogen nutrition for plants. In summer, you can use a three-day tobacco infusion against pests (600 g per 10 liters of hot water), then strain it and dilute it with another 10 liters of water, adding 40 g of soap. For low-growing plants, the following method is effective. In the evening, thoroughly spray or douse the bushes with cold water. The insect falls to the ground and dies overnight from the cold, frozen by the icy water and starvation. A tobacco-ash solution is also very effective. It is used against aphids, leafhoppers, and spider mites. Pour 1 liter of hot water over 1 cup of wood ash and 1 cup of tobacco dust and let it steep for 24 hours. Strain the resulting infusion and pour it into a 10-liter bucket. Add 40 grams of grated or green soap. Spray the garden with the solution. If there is no tobacco dust, take a large bunch of dandelion/wormwood/yarrow/thyme + pine sprigs + 1 liter of water = bring to a boil. Let it steep, covered, overnight. Strain. Bring to a boil to 10 liters + 100 grams of laundry soap + 100 ml of pine oil. Spray the plants thoroughly with this emulsion.
