He practiced Silat more than 20 years. He’ll tell us more about ‘Silat’. Sparring in Silat performed with bare hands against weapons. Kicks, elbow strikes, knee fists, joint locks, scissor kicks and ground combat are also used. The combat style of Silat is having soft and sensitive approaches to opponents.
