Using Steam to Smooth Leather Covers (2020)

Brian and Raul go over the last step in getting your new DIY installed leather covers looking like a professional did the job for you. Steam will not get hot enough to damage your new leather or vinyl covers but it will get hot enough to adjust and get rid of the unwanted wrinkles. Remember this technique is used when the covers are installed evenly and correctly and only used for minor adjustments. If the velcro areas not evenly installed even steaming your new covers will not get rid of the wrinkles.
