Appreciating the good work | Nomination of "Doctor of the Month" #drfawadfarooq

The real strength of any organization is its people, and timely appreciation of the good work of these people is the identity of a successful organization. Selecting one or two doctors each month as "Doctor of the Month" based on their best performance, then hanging their picture in a prominent place for the whole month, seems like a small step, but in reality it is a beautiful act of hard work, dedication and integrity. A confession. Praise does not only bring joy, but also inspires others to do better. Where good performance is respected, recognized, and rewarded, there creates a healthy competitive atmosphere, and organizations continually push for betterment. I wish that such traditions would not be limited to just one institution, but every institution would adopt a tradition of appreciating the services of its hardworking, sincere and talented individuals in the same way. Recognition inspires excellence, and excellence transforms institutions.
