Hair perming requires both experience and high-quality ingredients. BBCOS's INNOVATION Bio-Perm guarantees vibrant hair, nourished with moisture and keratin. A graduated haircut (medium length) is an excellent base for perming. Combined curling on wooden rollers is a key feature that ensures a quality curl even on fine hair. Ideally, the neutralizing solution containing bromate is left on for the same amount of time as the main solution—approximately 25-30 minutes. However, experience has shown that this time can be slightly reduced on soft and fine hair. If the fixative contains hydrogen peroxide, the recommended time is significantly shorter—5-7 minutes.
