State of Survival State Warfare State 1233 vs State 847

It was a struggle for this state. We lost warfare but won prep. We had a lot of issues. There was a shield bug. Anytime you teleported to the capital or send troops into a tower, it would reset the timer cooldown back to 30 minutes. I was able to catch this during bad weather that was occurring. The other issue there was a lot of lags had to constantly relog to fix this. Anyways I would like to congratulate all of our rally leads and all of state 1233 for doing all this. We were up against a state that had extremely powerful players like Ash, BK, Darkener, Battleharden. This was extremely hard for all of us. We won prep but lost warfare.
