Hello, my friends. In this video, we start with a huge snowfall, and I show you how we were on our way to work, completely covered in snow. That's Canadian winter for you, folks. Here, it doesn't matter if it's snowing or freezing cold, you always have to go out and work. This country teaches you to be strong, to achieve your goals, and not to stay home, because the bills don't pay themselves. Canada is a beautiful country with many opportunities, but you also have to be proactive and get ahead no matter what. Afterward, we went to eat at a Vietnamese restaurant because it was the perfect day for pho. I really enjoyed it with my daughters. Later, Casey wanted McDonald's, so we stopped there, although I didn't record any more footage that day. The next day dawned with beautiful sunshine after the storm, although it was freezing cold, with a temperature of -20°C. That day I went back home, dropped Naomi off, made lunch, and showed them some fried beef with onions, rice, and snacks the girls and I had made. Another day began, and this time José and I went to the store. I had to go to Canadian Tire for some plates, then we stopped at the Chinese supermarket to buy food. When I got home, I finally organized everything I had left over from Christmas and put away my new dishes. We finished the night with a delicious beef soup, made in the electric pressure cooker, which is super easy and doesn't take much time. And that's how my night ended, thank God.
