A former soldier from the NATO base Mihail Kogălniceanu killed his grandfather with two police officers present. When one of the officers tried to intervene, he was cut on the cheek. Data obtained by Antena 3 CNN journalists show that the police arrived at the scene of the incident more than an hour after they were called.
