Sparge and collect wort for a 60-minute boil. Boil Add hops according to schedule: 60 minutes: 2 oz mixed hops 20 minutes: 1 oz mixed hops 5 minutes: 0.5–1 oz mixed hops Boil for 60 minutes total.
