Xavier, boucher : «Je ne sais pas si je reprendrais une boucherie aujourd'hui»
Xavier is a butcher. He took over the family shop, yet he doesn't want the same for his daughter. "It's a tough job, you get cuts, you carry heavy loads... I don't know if I'd take over a butcher shop today." The current inflation isn't helping; some months he can't even make ends meet. Yet, he works between 65 and 70 hours a week.
