ECM back at this time seemed to have been encouraged these types of collaborations among their artists. The 2 recordingsby this group then were called Magico and Folk Song and are well worth seeking out. A live 2cd set was released by ECM in 2012. That had been recorded in 1981 in Munich. It's called Carta de Amor. The material in this 1979 show comes from both the Magico and Folk Song releases. I believe there is video of this performance, so somewhere along the line that may have tied into this audio version of the show. There's another 1980 Magico show I'm reseeding around this time too. I got my copy of this in a cd-r snail mail trade before my DIME days. Thanks to whoever recorded this, the trader who made it available to me, and the great musicians who performed this music.
