Low Hours Generac Won't Start

Jason picked up this Generac XG10000 for $500. It is about 10 years old and has only been run for 12 minutes! Fuel was left in the carburetor and now the engine will not start. Thankfully Generac does sell a replacement carburetor. Unfortunatly they want $300 for a new one. Lets see if we can get the old one running again. Harbor Freight changed the recipe. The bottle previously stated "NON-CORROSIVE". Now it says "CORROSIVE", "do not user on Aluminum". It now damages most carburetors. Recently I have been using Simple Green PRO HD with good results.
