At its final stop, we find ourselves in a legendary and beautiful neighborhood, the General Savio district of Lugano, which resembles a Soviet-era housing block with its distinctive architecture. It also boasts the Parque de la Ciudad (City Park), a nearly abandoned amusement park that still offers free public access for recreation. It's important to note that the Premetro is at risk of being shut down, at the initiative of the Mayor of Buenos Aires.
