Why Do I Never Have Dreams?! - How to Remember Dreams

In today's video I'll show you how to remember dreams even if you can't remember any. "Why can't I remember my dreams?" or "Why do I never dream? - I hear this a lot. Remembering dreams is a common problem, and one that we'll solve with a dream journal. You wake up in the morning, and the last thing you remember is laying in bed the night before. You have no recollection of your dreams. Is it because you're not having any dreams? No! You're dreaming every night, you just aren't remembering it. The Dream Journal: When it comes to learning how to remember your dreams, keeping a journal is key. You forget your dreams very fast, so you need to note them down as quickly as possible. So, how to start a dream journal? Well all you need to do is note down some basic information about each dream. I suggest the date, a title, then a basic summary of the dream, followed by some more detail (if you can recall any). This journal also helps us with lucid dreaming, since with a dream journal we can find common re-occuring themes within our dreams, and use these as reminders to perform reality checks.
