Spend 12 days with us in Riviera Mayo Mexico 🌺🌴🐠 This first vlog is just an intro to our travel day on the way to Mexico and our initial room impression… we unfortunately had a bad experience with our room even after paying thousands so we were NOT happy but we did complain multiple times and eventually were swapped after my 3 year old daughter got sick due to conditions we were exposed to. DISCLAIMER: I don’t want this to put you off this resort as we did love it and enough to go ahead and purchase a ULC membership package with them, they handled everything amazing it was just unfortunate that a small minority of the rooms are not refurbed up to a acceptable standard. I can go into this in more detail if needed ☺️ In GENERAL a great resort specially for families we had a blast in the end and we’re so blown away by the standard on food!
