New 2026 MINI Cooper Oxford Edition officially revealed - First Look

MINI has unveiled the new 2026 Mini Cooper Oxford Edition to celebrate 25 years since the first modern MINI rolled off the production line at the company’s Oxford plant. The special three-door model pays tribute to the brand’s British heritage with a Union Jack graphic across its white contrast roof. A red-and-white stripe runs along the car, while white mirror caps and 18-inch two-tone wheels complete the distinctive exterior design. Inside, the Union Jack theme continues with special details on the steering wheel and floor mats. The passenger-side floor mat features a chequered-flag motif inspired by MINI’s motorsport history, while commemorative door sills mark the anniversary of modern MINI production. The Oxford Edition will be available in Cooper C and Cooper S versions, with exterior colours including Chili Red, Indigo Sunset Blue and Blazing Blue. MINI has also introduced a matching lifestyle collection featuring clothing, travel accessories, stickers and a traditional umbrella. The model celebrates the long connection between MINI and Oxford. The original Mini was first built in the city in 1959, while production of the modern MINI began there in 2001.
