The reason I had terrible grades was because I preferred working and making money over doing home work. I didn’t get in to college because of that. I pursued real estate as a real estate agent to be a short term option to gain work experience. I ended up REALLY liking the career - sticking with it - and eventually giving it another year. After that, I decided not to go to school - and instead, work full time in real estate, as a real estate agent, and then eventually to investing in real estate, as well.
