The aftermath of the clinic's explosion- whilst Mackenzie tries to convince Luke to flee with her, Greg and Caroline face a race against time. Meanwhile Frank saves Rachel from the inferno, Rangi and Varni make their peace whilst saving a patient and Mike must face up to Jean going cold turkey. As she is waiting to escape to South America, Mackenzie discovers that Greg has left her a 'bon voyage' present.
