Harvesting, loading and storing onions- onionharvest/ uienoogst 2021

When making this video I felt a bit nostalgic. We were so happy with how the onions were going in. And then months later we had to come to the conclusion that many of them already had a problem that we couldn't see yet. It's called waterskin or "watervel" in Dutch. The quality wasn't good enough anymore to go to supermarkets but for processing.
