Homemade #tasty #chicken Ghee Roast | ಚಿಕನ್‌ ಘೀ ರೋಸ್ಟ್ 😋| #recipe #food #thudardhabolpu #cooking ...... #nonvegrecipes #gheeroast #healthy #cookingtips #udupi #mangalore #spicy #tulunadu #tulu #tuluvlogs #chef Recipe : Chicken Ghee Roast Ingredients : *Marination : 1)Chicken : 1 kg (broiler skin out ) 2)Red chilly powder : 1 tsp 3)Salt : 1/2 tsp 4)Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp 5) Curd : 4 tsp Masala : 1) Red chilly : 25 (soak in hot water ) 2) Coriander seeds : 4 tsp 3) Cumin seeds : 1 tsp 5) Pepper seeds : 1 tsp 6) Cardamom : small piece 7) Fennel seeds : 1 tsp 8) Fenugreek seeds : little ( count 7 ) 9) Garlic : 7 to 8 Dry roast all the above ingredients except chilly and garlic . once the roasted ingredients gets cool add it into the mixer along with Small piece of soaked Tamarind water , garlic and soaked red chilly. And make a smooth paste of it . To boil chicken : 1) Ghee : 5 tsp 2) Curry leaves : little Heat the vessel and put ghee and curry leaves and then add chicken into it . Let the chicken 5 minutes and add salt (as per taste ). Let the chicken cook 90% , now add masala into it . Now check the taste (salt ) and then again add 1 tsp of ghee , close the lid and boil 3 minutes. Now tasty HOMEMADE CHICKEN GHEEROAST is ready to eat .
