Almost everyone has already spoken about whether AI will replace programmers. The debate usually revolves around how well the model writes code: whether it's hallucinating or already functioning at the developer level. But I think the main question lies elsewhere. Business doesn't need code per se. Business needs a managed process of change: from the vague desires of the customer to a safe release. And if we look at AI as automation of production, the conversation becomes much more interesting.
