The Behringer P1 solves many issues and is an incredibly useful tool in my kit. It not only can supply a high-quality, stereo monitor mix to a performer, but it does so at a fraction of the price of a good wireless in-ear unit like my (also amazing) Shure PSM 900. True- this is a wired connection, but do you always need wireless? Sometimes it may be worth having less freedom on stage to forgo the hassles of wireless.
