In this video, I breakdown my opinion on the best spikes for beginners who are just starting out in track and field. Watch this video to the end to see my breakdown as to why I recommend WAITING to buy the Max Fly Spikes and instead going with the Superfly Elite 2's if you're new to sprinting based on my experience as a NIKE sponsored professional track and field sprinter! ►SHOP MY GEAR NIKE Max Fly 2 Spikes: 👇🏾 https://go.magik.ly/ml/39t9n/ Nike Superfly Elite 2 Spikes: 👇🏾 https://go.magik.ly/ml/39t9l/ ►SUBSCRIBE to the channel and join me on the road to 50,000 SUBS! 👇🏾    / @kingsleysc   ► MENTIONED IN THIS VIDEO Watch Max Fly Vs Superfly Elite 2 Review👇🏾    • Best Sprint Spikes for 2022? || Max Fly vs...   Watch Best NIKE Shoes for Sprinters for 2025 👇🏾    • BEST Nike Shoes 👟 for ELITE Sprint Trainin...   WATCH NIKE Prototype Spikes Review👇🏾    • BEST Sprint Spikes for 2024? || NEW Max Fl...   Watch Olympic 200m REACTION 👇🏾    • REACTION to my 200m OLYMPIC Races || Tokyo...   Everyone has heard the hype these days surrounding the Max Fly 2 "super spikes" but if you are a beginner who is just starting out, I recommend going with the Superfly Elite 2's to train in. You can never go wrong with NIKE Max Fly 2 spikes when you're a sprinter in the 100m or 200m but I would save that for when you are more advanced. NIKE always has the best running products on the market and both the Max Fly 2's and Superfly Elite 2's are no exception and I recommend adding both to your arsenal. In this video, I'll review the NIKE Max Fly Prototypes spikes and give my opinion on why I would recommend starting with a more traditional looking spike like the Superfly Elite 2's before adding the Max Fly 2's into your rotation if you're a beginner. ► TIME STAMP 00:00 OPENING 00:51 INTRO 01:04 BEST SPIKE FOR BEGINNERS 01:28 REASON #1 01:48 REASON #2 02:51 REASON #3 03:14 FINAL THOUGHTS 03:59 OUTRO ► S O C I A L M E D I A Instagram: @kingsleysc https://www.instagram.com/kingsleysc?...
