Tapur—a food-fighting tradition in Negeri Tengah-tengah, Central Maluku, and Ambon Island, Maluku, is held on Eid al-Fitr. The concept is similar to the Grebek Syawal festival in Yogyakarta. However, the difference is that the food is placed in a coffin-like container and carried to the mosque accompanied by the singing of Hadrat.
