2026 Ducati Monster + Non professional test ride :D

Brand new and fresh off the lot! I decided to take the redesigned Ducati Monster out for a quick, non-professional test ride. This new iteration is a fantastic evolution—lighter, more agile, and significantly slimmer through the midsection, making it much easier to plant your feet at a stop. While the fuel tank has a more striking silhouette, it remains unmistakably 'Monster.' Power delivery is solid for its class, featuring a smooth, linear throttle response. The clutch pull is light and effortless, while the front brakes offer a progressive bite with excellent feedback rather than being overly abrupt. Compared to the Streetfighter, the Monster is far more relaxed; everything feels approachable and easy to control. As an entry-level Ducati, the redesign is impressive—and with the move away from the Desmo valves, ownership costs are lower than ever. What’s not to like? I guess it is not for die-hard Ducatisti.
