RPC2: CRIMES AGAINST PERSONAL LIBERTY AND SECURITY (Arts.267-292)
CRIMINAL LAW 2 PART 3 SOURCE: RPC BOOK 2 by LUIS B. REYES TITLE IX. CRIMES AGAINST PERSONAL LIBERTY AND SECURITY ARTICLES 267(Kidnapping and Serious Illegal Detention) - 292(Revelation of Industrial Secrets) !!! Correction: on the Special Complex Crimes of Kidnapping with Rape, Kidnapping with Homicide/Murder and Kidnapping with Serious Physical Injuries/Mutilation, unlike in the SCC of Robbery wherein it doesn't matter how many people were killed or robbed it is only one information of the SCC. However, if Kidnapping is complexed with those mentioned above and two or more persons are kidnapped, then two or more informations are filed. In short, for example, Maria and Clara were both kidnapped and raped, you file one case of the SCC of Kidnapping with rape for Maria, and one for Clara. I apologize for this mistake! I was also confused at first as I likened it to when Robbery is complexed. Thanks! DISCLAIMER: All my videos are for review purposes only.
