Introduction to Assembly Models in SolidWorks
In this video assembly modeling in SolidWorks is introduced. I assemble a pair of digital calipers in the CAD system, showing tips and tricks along the way. We cover simple assemblies, the use of sub-assemblies, assembly patterns, and changing the configuration of a part once it is already assembled. This is useful when you pattern assembly a series of buttons, then want to change the button color.
