A Day in the Life of a Process Operator

We followed Process Operator Aiden Bilcich for a day at the Kathleen Valley Process Plant to show you what it takes to keep the plant running. The plant runs 24/7, with the team operating on day shift and night shift. Our operators work on the plant monitoring, adjusting and problem-solving in real time to keep everything running at peak performance. It takes focus, skill and stamina – and they love it. There are laughs every day, even when it’s demanding. And there’s lots to learn from an experienced group of operators and leaders.
