How to Create the "Predator Effect" Using Distortion in Nuke
Check out JhowT.net for future updates and material! One of the classic "Arnold" movies is Predator, and one of the most noteworthy effects in that film is the Predator's 'cloaking' effect. Lucky for us...this is a relatively easy effect to do in modern compositing packages, and here we cover the process in Nuke by creating custom 'UV' channels to distort with via the iDistort node.
