Papaya is a Natural Meat Tenderizer. In this video I am sharing tips on how to make papaya paste and store it for a year METHOD 1.Cut papaya along with skin into small pieces 2.Add these pieces to a mixer jar then add Salt - 1 tablespoon Oil - 1 tablespoon Grind it to a fine paste 3.Store this paste in an air tight box and keep in fridge this will be good for a month 4.Take an ice cube tray and pour this paste in it and store in fridge and this will last for a year 5.Remove each piece and add to meat and mix it 6.Marinate papaya paste only for 30 minutes to 2 hours
