I traveled all the way from Nepal to the United States, covering more than 15,000 kilometers and spending over 36 hours in flights and transit, just to watch Cristiano Ronaldo play live. ❤️ The match was Portugal 🇵🇹 vs Spain 🇪🇸 at the AT&T Stadium in Dallas, Texas. Growing up in Nepal, I watched Ronaldo on TV for years. Like millions of fans around the world, I always hoped that one day I would get the chance to watch him play in person. This year, I decided to make it happen. The journey wasn't easy. Long flights, airport transits, jet lag, and a $4,500 match-day ticket. It was a huge commitment, but I knew this was something I wanted to experience at least once in my life. Walking into AT&T Stadium and seeing Cristiano Ronaldo on the pitch was a proud moment for me. Not because of the money spent. Not because I traveled to the USA. But because a middle-class boy from Nepal was able to achieve something he had dreamed about for years through his own hard work. Portugal lost the match, but honestly, I wasn't focused on the result. Of course I wanted Portugal to win, but the main reason I came wasn't the scoreline. I came to watch Cristiano Ronaldo.
