Wild 7 is a Japanese manga written by Mikiya Mochizuki in 1969, the same year the CB750K0 was born. Aoshima sold a Wild 7 motorcycle model in 1972. In 2023, Aoshima released a new CB750, but a year later, to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Aoshima's founding, they released the CB750 version ridden by Hiba. About Wild 7 Wild 7 is a perfect manga that has been sequeled many times and made into a TV drama, a movie, and an anime. The 1972 TV drama The Wild Seven excited not only fans of the original work, but also motorcycle and model gun enthusiasts. The opening scene of the drama shows Thompson, Government and Sten guns scattering cartridges. The model guns were made by MGC, and the motorcycle was a Suzuki. A year earlier, in 1971, Kamen Rider was produced and became a huge hit. The TV adaptation of Wild 7 featured a different Black Spider as an opposing organization, which may have been influenced by Kamen Rider's Shocker. Also, while the original Wild 7 features a heroine named Yuki, she does not appear in the TV drama, and Yuki in the movie has a character setting that is far removed from that of the original. This is the biggest disappointment. Heroines in Japanese anime include Fujiko Mine in Lupin III, Françoise in Cyborg 009, and Yuki in Wild 7. I think the impression of both the TV drama and the movie would have been completely different if Yuki, who was faithful to the original, had appeared. I shaved down the spokes of the front wheel to make them thinner before assembling it, and replaced the spokes of the rear wheel, but after weighing up appearance against the effort, this kit does not require spoke replacement. The face can be hidden by the helmet (although it is not designed for a figure's head) and goggles, so it was relatively easy to make by just making the nose and mouth. This costume, with its white scarf, can also be said to be an homage to the uniforms worn by police motorcycle officers at the time.
