Pecahkan telur ke dalam mangkuk. Tambahkan air, gula pasir, dan bubuk dashi, lalu aduk hingga rata 2. Panaskan wajan kotak di atas api sedang kecil, lalu olesi dengan sedikit minyak 3. Tuangkan sebagian adonan telur. Saat setengah matang, gulung ke salah satu sisi wajan 4. Geser gulungan telur ke ujung wajan, lalu tuangkan kembali sebagian adonan telur sambil sedikit mengangkat gulungan. Saat setengah matang, gulung kembali. Ulangi hingga adonan telur habis 5. Untuk tamagoyaki isi keju, setelah gulungan pertama, tuangkan kembali sebagian adonan telur. Saat setengah matang, letakkan sliced cheese, lalu gulung kembali. Ulangi hingga adonan telur habis. 6. Angkat tamagoyaki, lalu potong-potong sesuai selera 7. Tamagoyaki siap disajikan =================== [ENGLISH] Tamagoyaki Recipe (yield 3 servings) Ingredients: 4 pc egg 2 tbsp water 1 tbsp sugar ½ tbsp dashi powder 1-2 tbsp oil Toppings: Sliced cheese Garlic cheese mayo Aonori Steps: 1. Crack the egg into a bowl. Add water, sugar, and dashi powder, then whisk until well combined. 2. Heat a rectangular pan over medium-low heat, then lightly grease it with a little oil. 3. Pour in some of the egg mixture. When it is half-cooked, roll it toward one side of the pan. 4. Move the rolled egg to the edge of the pan, then pour in more of the egg mixture while slightly lifting the roll. When it is half-cooked, roll it again. Repeat until all of the egg mixture is used up. 5. For cheese-filled tamagoyaki, after the first roll, pour in more of the egg mixture. When it is half-cooked, place the sliced cheese on top, then roll again. Repeat until all of the egg mixture is used up. 6. Remove the tamagoyaki from the pan, then cut it into pieces as desired. 7.
