Welcome to Day 2 of the EzyIntern UGC Internship Program – Human Rights & NGO Legal Advocacy. In this session, we will explore how human rights are protected under the Constitution of India. Students will learn about Fundamental Rights, the Right to Equality, Freedom, Protection against Exploitation, Freedom of Religion, Cultural & Educational Rights, and the importance of Article 32, which Dr. B.R. Ambedkar called the "heart and soul" of the Constitution. This class will help students understand how constitutional rights work in real life and how citizens can seek legal remedies when their rights are violated.
