Turkey breast with bone. 1 stick of softened butter 1 tsp Fresh Thyme 1 tsp Fresh Rosemary 3 tsp salt 2 tsp paprika 2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder vegetables: 3 large carrots 1 large onion cut in half. 3 celery stalks Gravy: 3 tbsp melted butter (in the video I used 2 tbsp, but later wanted my gravy thicker. 3 tbsps. all-purpose flour mixed into the melted butter. add 1 1/2 to 2 cups of drippings. Taste the gravy and season if needed. Garnish with fresh parsley and pomegranate seeds Cook the 6 lbs. turkey breast in a 10-quart crockpot on high 4 to 5 hours. Until the internal temperature is 165 degrees. Place cooked turkey under the broiler 3 to 5 minutes to brown. (don't walk away!) I used a 7-quart crockpot. #smallbatch
